DOES THE FACT THAT SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR THE ( VOLUNTEER) EXPERIENCE MATTER?

In fact, I find that some of the most responsible organizations where you pay a fee, like People and Places, are in a better position to create a responsible volunteer offering as they spend a lot of time and money understanding their partner's needs, making sure each volunteers skills are well matched and providing educational material before departure, etc. "
