First of all, thanks to P&P and previous volunteers for their useful and helpful advice.The former volunteers’ information was invaluable and I made notes of the work done. I haven’t got a great deal to add to their experiences, I found things were much as they described.
It was great to spend time with Nick and Jill.
(immediate previous volunteers) On Tuesday we all went to the school with Hari from the Lodge for their farewell and our welcome ceremony.
In agreement with others’ opinions, I feel funding in the Early Years is the best investment and would benefit the whole process of English learning throughout the School.
(and future volunteers will now carry the baton!)
